A beautiful traditional Cycladic style stone villa 300 m2 build with respect to the local architecture is located in Isterni at a private field 6000 m2.
There are many trees regional pines mainly as well as cedars which we found in the space and we maintain until today.
You could enjoy the sea view to the Aegean Sea beyond the beautiful island of Naxos.

In the back area of the field you will find 4 parking spaces protected from the sun for cars that can accommodate the house.
The villa has its own water from a private protected well but because we respect the environment and the island in particular we chose not to build a swimming pool, but you have a lot of space to built one.

The sea access is only 200m away to an almost private beach (skalakia beach) which you will discover after you get off some steps. On the beach that is so very familiar you can find and enjoy a kind of wellness with thermal mud from the island.

Description of Interior:
The villa is divided into 4 areas.
At the entrance you will see the living room consisting of comfortable sofas, armchairs and all the necessities for serenity and fun. There are also a lot of books, tv and a large monastic style dining table.
In this area there is an energy-ecological fireplace for the cold winter days. On the right and left there are built-in seats for rest.
The living room communicates with the fully equipped kitchen, which is an independent room.
Next to the kitchen there is a separate auxiliary room that hosts the washing machine and all the necessary items and machines for the cleanliness and the care of the house.

Right and left of the living room there are two wings with bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms each of them with a double size (1.60 x 2.00m) bed, fireplace, large office and private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a dining table with chairs too.

It is useful also to note that all beds are covered by excellent quality very comfortable and ecological mattresses under the seal of the famous company `Cocomat`

The entire house is protected by skylights, double ecological windows, mites, patio doors and wooden shutters for extra protection.

Finally, there is autonomy of hot water (solar panels) 24 hours a day and a very sophisticated geothermal system for cooling/heating.

Description of exterior:
The villa is surrounded by stone-built courtyards and special areas as well as stone-built seats with pillows. The veranda furniture is completely new. It consists of two large monastic-style tables, director`s chairs and some sunbeds with coffee table.
The courtyards overlooking the sea and the back courtyards are protected by a roof made according to the style of the island with double layered reeds.
